Ordered on February 19th after seeing a Facebook ad. The site looked professional and the "80,000 reviews" gave me confidence. It's now April 17th — two months later — and I have received nothing. My order tracking link goes to a dead page. Their support email (support@truststeadfast.com) has bounced every time I've sent it. I paid $79 by credit card and have contacted my payment provider to review my options. Very disappointing experience.

I actually did receive the device after about 5 weeks (expected 7–10 days per their site). The packaging was entirely in Chinese with a small English sticker applied on top. There is no UL or ETL certification mark anywhere on the unit or packaging. When I plugged it in, the display came on but simply shows "000" constantly — it does not appear to update. The product is clearly not what was advertised. When I requested a return, I was told to ship it to a Chinese address at my own cost. I refused. No refund issued.

I'm a retired firefighter and I should have known better. I saw the ad claiming real-time PPM display and thought it was a great gift for my daughter's new apartment. The "80,000+ 5-star reviews" made me trust it. I've now done my research — those reviews cannot be found on any traceable review platform. The website's trust score is 11 out of 100. The domain was only 33 days old when I first bought from it. I never received my order. I strongly recommend checking trust scores before purchasing any CO detector online.

Bought two units — one for my home and one for my elderly mother. Paid $158 total. After 6 weeks of silence and a tracking number that never updated beyond "label created," I reached out. Got one automated response pointing me to a FAQ page, then nothing. I raised a dispute through my payment provider and received a resolution after 30 days. I would strongly recommend verifying any seller's trust score and certification claims before purchasing a life-safety device online.

Received the product after 4 weeks (advertised as 7–10 days). The unit arrived in plain bubble wrap with no branded packaging. The device does turn on and shows a digital display but I have no way to verify whether the readings are accurate since there is no certification and no documentation. The manual is a single folded sheet in small print. The "4-in-1" claims CO, gas, smoke, and "VOC" detection — none of these are individually verifiable. I don't trust my family's safety to an uncertified device from a 33-day-old website. I've purchased a GuardAir Pro as a replacement.

Different site but same product name — "Haven Pro." Ordered March 3rd. No delivery. No tracking update after "label created." Two emails sent, both unanswered. Chargeback filed with Visa. I can now see this site has similar trust score issues as truststeadfast.com. These appear to be the same operation running under multiple domains.

Ordered three units — one for each floor of my home. Paid over $200. Tracking never updated. After 5 weeks I found this site and realised what had happened. I contacted my payment provider regarding all three charges and am working through the resolution process. The most concerning part is that I genuinely believed my family was protected during those 5 weeks — which is why certification and verified reviews matter so much for life-safety devices.

Classic dropship scam. The website was built on Shopify, the product images are lifted from a Chinese manufacturer's AliExpress listing, and the "reviews" are fabricated. I work in e-commerce and recognised the patterns immediately after purchase — unfortunately too late. Domain registered about 5 weeks before I ordered. Their Shopify store ID is visible in the page source. Ordered March 1st, nothing arrived. I contacted my payment provider and the matter was resolved in my favour. I'd encourage anyone to check independent trust scores before purchasing from an unfamiliar site.
